[Refund Request] Recent Plot Issue

Hi Prisoners,
Recently, there has been an issue where players will crash upon visiting certain plots. We successfully fixed this problem. However, there are some plots that have their chests cleared during the process. Because of that, those who lost their stuffs can make a refund request here following these template:

We are able to check the logs, so we will know if you are lying. So don’t try to deceive us! If we found that you are lying, you will be permanently banned without a chance to appeal.

You will be refunded up to 2 weeks after you post the reply here! If you waited more than 2 weeks and there is no refund yet, contact a Staff Member in game using /mail ! Do not beg any staff members in game begging for refunds! Only those that replied in this topic will get refunded, and we will do it in order (from the first reply to the latest). Those who asked for the refunds in game will NOT get refunded, so please be patient!

Suddenly, after the 24th day of October Maintenance, lost all my stuff.
Lost Stuffs: 2 Prestige 3 pickaxes (I’m rank D, I won them at the weekly trade with the 2 coupons I got from mining 10k blocks)

And some granite, diamond and stuff I mined before maintenance kicked me.

Lost stuff: Jwidjarious pickaxe (a pickaxe i got from weekly trade it had like 22 eff and i forgot the rest), a double chest of gold blocks, a chest of iron blocks, 8 weekly trades, 3 of those op diamond swords, max and omega shard, l armour, like 2 mil of extra loot, a double chest of prismarine, 4 stacks of oak logs, 1 double chest of bricks, 1 double chest of stone bricks
