Cycling Head mods would not work a tiny bit. Heads have access to all the scripts that run the server and if a mod with no experience with any of the scripts or plugins could accidently shut down the entire server and make it un-fixable
Head mods cant just “cycle” head mods are picked entirely in work effort and TRUST we cant just pick someone random to manage the backend issues of EC, whenever the server goes down, or a issue occurs the headmods and born are the ones who fix it..
The punishments to some the offences stated I think are blatantly stupid, if someone if going to purposely break them i believe they should be told its not taken lightly upon; focus on the smaller problems because they always lead to bigger problems right?
