Should there be a new mod pack for EC due to Tekkit classic being gone?

I was thinking, should there be a mod pack like FTB or BigDig server for EC?
Comment with yes or no hopefully born will see thisThere aren’t any balanced mod-packs out there, they’re all insanely overpowered. Mod-Packs are great for single player, but silly for multiplayer.
