is the slime block glitching or its banned from the server .. ?
because whenever I do it, it appears for a sec then disappear.

Bummer1.8 is not fully implemented, the server can’t read 1.8 blocks, but you can use 1.8 on the server.

The server only currently allows 1.8 clients to connect to it only, but does not have any 1.8 features or new items/blocks.
The server currently runs on 1.7 but 1.8 clients can join.
The server was at 1.8 for one day, then changed back due to bugs.
During that process, people placed down slimeblocks like me :D. And still till this day, people can see those slime blocks using 1.8 and still can use the effect of slimeblocks 😀
