Someone being a Server Threat

Hello.I found someone(juggalo49) saying that he will hack the server once he get his new hack on his nodus and this was on town chat and though he is in my town i do not promote server threat so I am reporting him also for proof go to this link:
The reason i am saying lol on the picture is because someone in my town unclaimed his plot and because he lost his plot,I thought he was saying that the server would crash and i thought it wouldnt
don’t worry lots of people have said they will hack the server but the never do there was this guy once i forgot his name though he knew amy though he said he would hack the server and take it down the next day and the next day nothing happened, he continued to do this about 4 times i think and he failed every time he tried to hack it also nhu said this server is well protected and i have seen people banned before and the reason was using nodus is considered hacking so if he comes on with nodus he will probably be banned if he has not already
