1diggerboy1 i don’;t think that i am a doner i will get special perks and even i am a doner i have the right to speak like this for my self.  … From the post that u posted, i just clearly states what u said and rephrased it. I just took parts of a sentence out of post and explained it one by one. I am allowed to speak like that and i did nothing wrong. U spammed the forums and this is ur fault. This is not my fault and u cannot put ANY charges on me at all because i am just a doner. If u have an problems please comment below if u can.

Speech is posting on the forms, Freedom is FREEDOM that we all get, and freedom of the press is able to post something public.

Correction: you have limited free speech. Since these forums don’t have set rules (Born– MAKE SOME!) you <strong> technically </strong> can say and do anything you want (unless prohibited by law). Also, just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should do it, and what does the right to assemble, petition, and religion have to do with this?

Dude, he’s just sayin’ he has the Freedom of Speech. Really, he didn’t want all of this. He didn’t say anything  about religion.  Dude, just leave him alone. Wither is saying, all wrapped up, is that he has the freedom of speech and all the other rights of the USA Constitution. So, really, you’re getting into all this stuff that isn’t exactly necessary. So, leave him alone.

Do I really have to explain this?

1) Because of the US government, the First amendment has been butchered up over the years, and has been limited (to a point), erego the Shenck v US case.

2) Wikipedia is good for quick references, but not hard facts ( I really don’t want to have a wikipedia is good/bad debate here).

3) Yes, anyone have the right to say anything, no matter how stupid or smart it may be. (I’ve already said this…)

4) The link to the CP act emulsifies the idea that you can say anything unless prohibited by law. (HTML tags don’t work?)

5) Is this flame thread even necessary?
