Spyder being mean towards Still

Well, from what i saw, Spyder got kicked from Still’s town because he asked for ranks almost instantly,which is against his town’s rules. Also,he didn’t read any of the rules. After getting kicked, he raged and began to swear in chat. Still also got some screenshots and the guy apparently recorded himself? (lol?)
