Still waiting for refunds

its been quite a long time and im still waiting for the refunds for the melon farm and gold farm that was removed and im sure that refund was suppose to be given as some people have already recieved their refunds for the farm being taken down.
Not only that, when the farm was first take down, all the items in my chests were deleted and id like a refund on them as well.
