So today i went to make an outpost for happytown since i am the mayor and i can do so but it say that outpost are not available. I dont know if they are banned or if a head mod has to make them.
They are not available, we want to avoid having small towns everywhere so more towns can have a good amount of land to claim. Please keep your town as compact as possible.
