If it’s an imgur.com link, you add it in the “img” part here, but if it’s an i.imgur.com link (when it’s just the picture, no Imgur background nonsense) you just copy&paste the link into this description box.@Dice – From my knowledge, X-ray mods usually have a FullBright option, and said options (whatever else the options they have) are typically toggle-able, so they can hide it.
