Please, can a mod or born look at this ban appeal? It’s been up for about a week now.
any mod or born ik that what shiv did may have being really bad but once you get to know him he is a really nice sweet guy and i have really missed shiv on ec and i think shiv should be unbanned becuase he has changed alot and shivpate has being the best mayor when i was in he’s town on ec and i go on ever day alot and when he was on alot of people injoyed haveing shiv on the server and i was one of thoses people so I Think Shivpate122 Should Be Unbanned
I am a new Moderator in Creative,and I think that he should be unbanned,he seems to have learned his lesson
Oh and I was banned on the Survival (Main) Server and the Creative Server. I know for sure that I was IP-Banned on the survival server, and I might not be on creative….
Mods look into this more than you know. They just haven’t replied. Just a heads up 😉

shivpatel122, I think that if you make a reply of the bad thing you do and what you plan to do in the future if you get unbanned, why u should get unbanned and an aplolgy to all the mod in Eternal Cracked. This is advise. You don’t need to listen to me, but it might work and I wote up for you to get unbanned… I am hjiejiang who helped you before at ur plots….. if u don’t remember me… VOTE UP FOR UNBANNED
😮 so you’re hjiejiang! Makes a lot of sense now. I never heard of a person named Wither on the server. I’ll take your advice and make a reply for what you considered.

I, shivpatel122 was banned from two of EternalCracked’s three servers. If you guys don’t know, my first time I did wrong was when I abused a glitch with portals to make a lot of money on the Creative server. That’s what got my mod app removed. As time went on, the mod app removal wasn’t a big deal. I was okay with it (although being a mod on this server was something I wanted). It was when the creative server was first starting out, and now it doesn’t work (new way to transfer money to creative nowadays). I’ll say the full story of the bug that got me IP-banned. Months ago, in the summer, Christ had first received Platinum donorship. I was a member of a town called CEDJ, its mayor being christhewhelk. Now, Christ had his really old shop at that point. He logged off, but business was booming at his shop, and christhewhelk was online. christhewhelk was able to collect money from Christ’s shop (see how christ is in christhewhelk’s name). The bug was firstly reported to Chibichuba in public chat. I do not have proof of this, but I can remember it easily. Months passed by, I think. It was at least like around 2 months but I’m not sure. Vertone and I were in SkyVille (my town) and I think Vertone got muted so he went on his alternate account (Vertonehelp) and he found out that Vertonehelp could get money from Vertone’s shop (same person, different username, just to clarify). Vertone then reacted by making an account called Christaline, which was able to take stuff from Christ’s shop. Also, I already had an account called ChristIsCool101. Vertone tried to buy something from Christ’s shop via Christaline, and he got the item like any other person, but also got the money he paid for it. So Christaline was able to get free items. To let you know, no money was taken from Christ, items were taken though. Vertone shared the password to Christaline with me so I could go on it. We stole a lot of items from him. The Christaline account was used more often over time. Sometimes we’d say in town chat “Shiv, go get some diamonds from Christ” and “Vertone, go get some diamonds from Christ”. I completely admit to stealing all of this from Christ. My money, sort of legit. We used Christ’s items to restock /warp skyshop. I was paid half of what Vertone got from it. I made half of my money on farming. I had access to like four automatic melon farms (each was a good size). One of them was located in SkyVille. Another three were located in Blue Sky Mines. Blue Sky Mines was in my nation (MCNation) and the permissions for Towny were set so allies could use it. Any town in my nation could use it, which was a lot. I kept it a secret between Vertone and I. Now, I’ll tell you how me getting banned played out. I played on the server like I usually do, I said I’ll be back later, and logged out. I logged in again to see that I was banned. It said something like this: Banned: Glitching. Appeal on forums. -Zac9797. Yes, I did glitch, if you didn’t read the stuff before this and skipped to here. I’m truly sorry to Christ, for stealing from him, and not fully refunding him, to Mike1298, for lying to him, to anyone who is surprised by this because I kept this secret from them, all the mods/born for not reporting this to them or on the forums, and to all that I killed at /warp PvP, when using my stolen armor/sword. If you have any questions or need/want to know any details that I left off, please tell me on here.

First glitch and offence yes, But the fact that you ran for mod, correct, and finding a glitch that you didnt report it, you just abused it.. so tell me why you should be unbanned?
When I ran for mod, I wasn’t like this. Now that this has happened, I don’t think I deserve TrialMod at all. I’d rather play on the server as a normal member. I regret not reporting the glitch, and promise to always report anything against the rules (hacking, glitches, bugs). I’ve changed. I no longer abuse any bugs/glitches. I know you’ve heard this many, many times from me, but I am sorry for what I did, and now that I know how it feels to be banned, and will never put myself and others in the same position for something that I did. I’ll take what people throw at me like “Oh, get off the server, cheater” and “Glitcher, you probably stole that armor”. You shouldn’t need to, but if you do, you can ban the accounts that I used for glitching and I can’t make more because I maxed my registrations. I now realize that what I did completely ruined the game for everyone, including me. I apologize.
