When I logged in they said “Dynamic Bans: You have one warning”. May I ask what I did wrong? :p

Ah, these warnings are warnings you had when you spent your time on this server. For example, if you used caps and have received a warning from a moderator, then the next time you log on (say, 2 months?) then it would show how many warnings you had when you spent your time at this server. Sorry if my explanation is a bit confusing.
Stress is correct. It tells you how many warnings you have accumulated up to date.
