If what happened to you was what Reaperr described, then the person would not be in trouble due to the fact the announcement clearly states that it is your fault if you accept a random tp request. I don’t see anywhere that he offered you something or asked you a fraud question of some sort to get you to accept the tp.
See if you have anymore proof if he really was luring.
Random tp requests are not punishable. If that is what happend then it isnt considered luring. Sorry 😐
