Probably you think I’m asking what you guys think about me, but actually, no, I’m not.
What I’m going to ask is that I think we need to stop this “What do you guys think about me” posts because actually, if you guys think about it, it doesn’t really do much good but it just makes the forums spammed with judgements of people about you.
Why I think we should stop this madness D: :
-It spams the forums^^^
-It makes us eager to reply, because usually we are evil and we want to tell people how wrong they are and how bad they are.
-People usually just want to become a moderator so they just want to know all the things they should improve that I think is good, but I think even you know your your own mistakes.
-People makes it as an advantage maybe because want to make a moderator application but they doesn’t want all those filthy vote downs in their apps and make it “perfect”So, I think these reasons can cover that up, even everyone knows that it is good for such topics to be banned in the forums, or maybe just make it if someone makes such kind of posts like this, it will just be counted as a mod apps.

It’s just…spam.I’d have to agree. A lot of users seem to over power the ratio of those who try to genuinely tell people how they feel about them over the ones that are just jerks and comment to try to destroy the person. I for one agree with you at the part where people use these to figure out how they are and such. However if that’s the case I guess if users want to make these types of forum posts, then maybe have a bit more security into it.

I disagree. We even made a discussion called “Off Topic” for this reason. And if you think about if someone gets a lot of hate then they know they need to change. Which thus, can get rid of a lot of problems that the player causes because they are trying to create a better image for themselves.
Besides, it’s good to know what people think of you before making a mod app. Cos if they don’t like you, you won’t get votes. Which means your mod app is a failure. But if you know beforehand that they don’t like you, it’s a caution that: 1. If I make a mod app , Ima get down votes cos no one likes me. And 2. I need to change myself for more people to like me.
So yeah. I disagree.Disagree. Yes a lot of people make them, but its a topic that you should make especially if your doing something that involves people voting for you. Its Off topic for a reason… because that sections ment for stuff such as this. Since when was this considered spam? It can also be a chance for a user to CHANGE. In which a lot of people are indeed willing to do, if they get the chance to realize they need to.
Disagree to maxminoS for these kinds of topic help others improve their character but as darkdelta said… It won’t change the personal parts.
This isn’t considered a spam since the forums is for you to express your ideas and ask questions and i too agree with Fiery and Xav
