I dont think wuman is that stupid to do such a thing, he obviously meant the statement as a joke just as he was mining his emerald collection. if you look at the players in the chat he obviously saw that  shaman and nhu were active and meant it as a joke in such, nhu was able to get but shaman resulted in banning him straight up….

Such statements should not be said jokingly. Just like you cannot go into a police station today and say that you killed a man and then say ‘just joking’.

It isn’t rocket science? It’s not even a difficult situation to understand to have such a cliché. I don’t understand how you, Shaman, cannot understand that admitting to doing something against the rules DOES NOT EQUAL doing something against the rules. Not even implied let alone explicitly stated in the rules. Only one’s action in doing so is considered against the rules. One cannot say that Plead Guilty = Is Guilty.

Likewise I’ve said I’ve duped my levels before, why didn’t you ban me right away there as well? Why did you ask HOW? As soon as you asked that, you wished to look for answers, why didn’t you do the same as to ‘I am X-Raying’?

If a person were to say ‘I am duping items but I can explain’, you wouldn’t ban him/her for that, you’d have to listen. But it is against the rules though to admit to something against the rule, why wouldn’t you ban him/her immediately?  Why haven’t you done so with the question of ‘I am X-Raying?’

Even if one were to go to a police station and admit to murder, the police would question him/her before any action against him/her. In this case you have, even if it is a joke or not.

Well, if someone was duping I would like to know how because to my knowledge its not possible and if I spare the player and gain information of the glitch I may fix it. On the other hand, I know how xrayers xray so I dont need to ask them how they do it, I would tempban whoever confess xraying, if they were joking about it too bad for them to be stupid enough to joke with that stuff, penalty still applies for wasting my time. I know for sure I would permaban the guy if I catched him doing it.

You got me there, the constitution is not posted on the rules, so do your best to survive in the server without getting banned. If I were you I would try to have fun being as peaceful as possible, having common sense and avoiding doing stupid things, if that is not enough and i get banned at least I would know this server is not for me. Thats my advice, take it or leave it.

Oh and BTW, I would ban whoever asks me to ban them, I have no problem in banning someone at request as long as its a permaban, I would not unban the player at request though

Cool. Thank you Born for the clarification. Now we all know that we are at the mercy of the moderators, that they can ban whoever, whenever. And thank you for the last comment, but I’ve already found out what I could do when I was last banned for 24 hours.

Oh, and is there going to be an updated cracked version to download from the site or do we have to find it out ourselves and swap the files?

Players can redownload the EternalCracked Client to go back to 1.3.2. We will update the EternalCracked client once we are ready to switch to 1.4. The EternalCracked client should notify you if theres a new version too
