Due to massive terrain generation issues and large chunks of Utopia going missing in the last wipe, It looked pretty much ruined, so I unclaimed it.
/warp Utopia for free stuff while it lasts.
Another town may want to claim the warp there.
With Utopia gone there’s a huge area of unclaimed land northwest of /spawn now.
I live is Australia, and the lag here is pretty bad.
I’m at work so can’t post my ping, but from memory when I first joined EC over 6 months ago there was no lag at all, 1.2 patch added some minor lag that was mostly unnoticeable, but then 1.3 came out and there was massive lag, was unplayable most of the time.
I only played 1.4 on EC for a little while, from the little I saw though the chunk loading is worse, but entity loading and crafting lag seems to be fixed.
I’ll test it more later tonight when I get home.1.3 patch was the reason I stopped playing EC, it just became unplayable, hopefully It will be better tonight.
I must admit I liked the old spawn over the tree spawn, but the shop was too small, no room for adding new items, many missing items, same with dshop.
I’d like to see the old spawn re-added, but maybe upgraded a little, as it hadn’t been changed in months and could use some expansion.
The tekkit server had it for a few days, very glitchy, very poorly written, would not recommend this plugin.

From what I gather, he’s asking (in the wrong forum) for Upkeep to be removed, his town was lost from not paying upkeep.
Hopefully admin ignore his post, already too many towns, don’t need new ones.

Just waiting to see if Chibichuba has had any luck with contacting the original owners of Utopia… No new news on it yet.

Oh Macedonia, that little place between Greece and Bulgaria… Was anyone well known on the server from there? I can’t recall anyone from Macedonia on the server.

Not selling BSM… Well I might sell some of the unused flatland near Aloneland to someone wanting to start a town, just something i’m considering.

Ah cool, much appreciated, all I really want is the town to be protected, as alot of work was put into it.
Join a town, everything is protected.

Maybe this thread should be un-stickied?Still seems to be laggy even with the temp spawn, no idea what could be causing it, but if I remember right it started getting really bad after 1.3 was released.
Seems like most of these have been fixed, god job admins!
also, being able to use /back and /warp in the donor shop would be convenient.
Noticed one more price oddity, Lilypads at /spawn are 20g, while at /dshop are 30g hehe
