Bongo, you asked a few pages back what happened to the chests, I’m kinda OCD about superfluous chests lying around my town, I’m sure I’ve annoyed many many mods about removing chests before, so when I saw Miners chests just sitting there I discovered I could open one up randomly, it was like stone pick axes or something so I just start smashing them all, as at that point Miner was new to the server and didn’t bother to think he would have anything of value, I even had to supply the bricks for his house, so from my perspective I was thinking ‘Great ten chests full of crap, time to spam /ci’
Then I got to one of the chests at the end and got a surprise of 3 stacks of dragon eggs. among other things.
So I tell Skills something along the lines of: “hey, this guy has 3 stacks of dragon eggs, don’t you think that’s odd, he probably duped them.” So I gave them to skills. But Skills being skills was probably inundated with messages at the time and he was always very busy. And he seemed distracted at the time. But he came and checked it out, he asked for the eggs, i gave them, he respawned one or two of the chests I removed to check them, took the stuff out of them and then either he or I removed the chests again.
Then after that nothing, I assumed Skills would deal with it but it seems we both forgot about it, I only remembered it when Miner applied for mod, which started this whole topic.Also, I’m not gunna lie, he had other valuable stuff in those chests, music disks, villager eggs, lots of stuff, I took some of them (not the dragon eggs, or anything that looked like it was duped) for myself, I know it was wrong and I feel guilty about it, I am willing to compensate the server and take whatever punishment you deem necessary.
Maybe he’s like me, visiting the forums while at work is easy to cover up when the boss walks by, but playing minecraft not so easy to hide.
And yet you still refuse to explain how you ‘legitimately’ got over 180 dragon eggs. No one will be happy with you just saying you explained yourself over Skype, the players want to know how you did it, do you ever think they’ll trust you again otherwise? You said you’re worried about your reputation earlier, yet seem to be doing nothing to salvage it.
Wow such a generous guy, to spend weeks in game farming the dragon without anyone seeing you or possibly buying them for next to nothing in highly suspicious amounts from an unknown source, only to give them away for free to your friend, over $2,000,000 worth of eggs, for free, while you have less that a million yourself, what a believable story, my eyes are tearing up right now over such an epic story, when you selling the rights to this epic story I want to fund a movie for it LOLWTFATAL ERROR !$^!$#^ *** I am sorry the brain ADCK was using to write this sentence has melted to due extremely dangerous amounts of Bull, please insert new brain. ***
I kinda want to hear Miner49erLOL’s explanation, I’d love to see him see him try to say he farmed and or bought over 180 dragon eggs, only to sell them at 5k each.
To try and make anyone believe that would be a feat I’m looking forward to seeing.Also, he may have given them to his friends to hold, I guess KRYPSOKK got these eggs legit too right?

Further investigation with /lb tool
shows no information on blocks older than around a month, Miner49erLOL’s chests would be around 3 months old, so may need to check older versions of the server if possible, as block history has been erased from around that time. I’m not sure about restoring old stuff, hopefully born has a backup from around that time to restore that plot and its chests.Seems to me he was saying he hadn’t found the chests yet. No where did it say you were innocent, or that it has been resolved.
We used to have a plugin that did this over a year ago, no one used it and it was somewhat buggy, so it was scrapped.

Also, Skills replied in your first ban appeal, which means he read it, and didn’t unban you. When a Head-Mod reads your ban appeal and doesn’t accept it you should probably consider that your ban appeal was rejected.
No one to blame but yourself, you made 3 separate ban appeals, makes it look like you were banned 3 times.
Bans are made on a case by case basis, you’re not entitled or guaranteed an unban just because it was your first time, and spamming the forums with ban appeals wouldn’t help.
It’s a very silly idea to build next to a spawn on a server, spawns are the most high-traffic areas, and also the ones most griefed, and spawn areas are often world edited by mods.
Best place to build wilderness houses is in deep oceans, far away from spawn, oceans are by far the least claimed biomes, can build a fairly nice pineapple under the sea. Spongebob Sqaurepants!
