Yes, if you get the error message that says something like: “You cannot break here” or “This area is protected” then you are either in a town or in a WorldGuarded area.
Find an open space in the wild (which is the world with towns in it) and you can break and build there. You can also, as Waveware said, do /wild and it takes you to a separate mining world that is used to just gather resources. This world everyone is allowed to break wherever, and they can’t claim areas that make it impossible to build/break items on.
If none of these solutions work, then I suggest relogging.
If possible, what is the error message you get in chat if you try to break a block or open a chest? Or is there any in the first place?

you can have an alt, but there is a certain amounts of accounts you can use per ip. RB-01 is a range ban…your justinwag account may be an exception in the rangeban. What account do you want to play on?
I like this, but why not change the title to “Hulk.” It would have

It’s a launcher just like the EC client, but without the EC custom skins and optifine already installed. Tell me if that works.
