Actually only one gets xp. This is because of the new plugin. The xp stacks and only one person gets it.
There are skins that have stuff below other designs. You could see him with a glitched skin.

I agree with Dani. The reason the rate is not so high is because with a high number of people, lagg is produced. And many people will complain and ask us to lower it. So vote down.
You have to understand that , since Christ is back, the work towards assistant ship will be doubled, and also many cuts are gonna be made. You do help and I’d love for you and others to have a chance at the position but all I can tell you is to work hard, help the town, be friendly, and like we always state, never ask for assist (;
