Sorry to hear that your leaving also. I hope it isn’t because of the players of EC thinking that you did a bad job, because you didn’t. You have made one of the best impacts on the server and will always be remembered. You have made new mob arenas, made new events, made a huge, impossible parcour that one person has completed without the /sethome command, made spawn a hell of a lot better, and kept PvP hill interesting with the frequent changes. I understand your decision on getting caught up in real life, and its clear those priorities are more important than a video game. And if you ever have the urge to come back to the server just to say hello, please make sure I’m there to make fun of you for something. That’s all I ask. Goodbye skills, and never forget the EC community.

Trollson, its not that easy to run 4 servers at once and not expect lag…give born some credit, jeez.
Whats done is done and skills has apparently made up his mind on what he is going to do. Saying whats lagging and whats not isn’t going to fix the issue here. Skills also said you will be refunded for your pistons and redstone. And granted, yea, you did made the spawn look a hell of a lot better, but why have 50 block towers hovering over spawn, when you could have something better like mansions. If you spent all the time on the automatic towers, then why not spend the time on something that looks halfway decent. Because personally, I hated those stupid towers around spawn, and glad they are gone.
Happened to me when I had 2 cows in the middle of an island, and unless there were 48 mobs under me, I don’t see how it de-spawns….and it just started happening to me in the last few days, as I’m sure this is the same story…
I agree with Toni, I loved the free fly weekend, and hope we can do it more often now that the server is getting much bigger. 😀
Im going to bump this again. Once again the wither spawned tonight. There were 13 players in the server at the time, and as you know, only about a fourth of them know what the hell it even is, so only 3-4 people showed up. We fought through the first part, and made it to the nether part. That’s when hell broke loose. I mean, granted, I get the first wave of mobs and stuff, I guess we need a challenge. But then you go ahead and throw in that every 2 MINTUES they all re-spawn! Because whenever your almost dead, and your forced to /spawn and regen, then come back to the same freakin place to do it ALL over again, it gets pretty freakin annoying. Then better yet we had to wait on 7 different people to get to the door crap to open it, even though there is that glitch way to do, but no one there was smart enough *cough* I mean, able to do it. Anyway, then you get to the parcour, which ends up making MORE people rage quit, which ends up with me and some other guy trying to do the parcour. We eventually get it after about 40 attempts of trying, and that left us with the final, and probably easiest part, killing the wither, because usually by the time we get there, the wither already has most of the mobs killed. But unfortunately, near the end of the wither death, I died because apparently one stupid little skeleton was sitting next to the wall picking me off while I was trying to kill the wither.
So please, I beg you, tone it down a bit, do SOMETHING DIFFERENT. Take out some of the witches and blazes. Make a different parcour that isn’t made for masters of it, and how about after you kill all the mobs, THEY DONT RESPAWN? Sorry for the rage and all, but its really starting to get on my nerves…
Shade was probably the best know PvP’er in EC in his time. He killed many people, caused many problems, and was all around a douche. BUT, he did not hack, he did not cheat, he was just a nuescence to the server, and the mods were forced to take action. He got on the wall of fame because of him killing so many players, and got so many reports of hacking, that to calm the players of EC, they decided to put it up there to make everyone shut up about him, and was forgotten about. I personally liked the guy…never talked, stayed quiet, and for a while, I wanted to be like him. But then I realized I sucked at killing people and gave up that dream xD. Even though there are people out there who are like him….I think lol. But to sum it up, he didn’t hack, he was just a pain in the ass.
Oh and by the way Maximos, Shade was not a Lurer, he didn’t talk, which means no luring. He griefed and hunted, but the luring….Nope 😛

Though these mods are inactive, and I’m not saying they aren’t, but it is not member’s decision to become mod. It is up to the moderators of the server to make them. Though I am sure they appreciate the suggestions, the members don’t know the whole story behind the inactive moderator. Just putting in my 2 cents
Btw, I do see cortylyn on every now and then, he lives in Australia and is usually on during his or after school, which if you live in the U.S., that’s 1-4 a.m.

I personally like having the tool, it has helped me a lot around town, and has gotten a lot of assistants rightfully demoted with proof for abusing. I did not have to contact mods or anything.
Well, if he is talking in the forums, how would that be that he lost his password FOR the forums 😀
