There 2 things you said that dont make any sense.
1.”Why you have been banned: Because of advertising 3 times only”
2.”I know that advertising is not good”
3.”I used it because my friend won’t play it then I didn’t use it for bypassing or to get unbanned I only used it for pvping or helping”So you knew it was against the rules, you knew you would get banned for it. And still you did it three times. Also you say ”Only three times” Like its nothing. People are getting banned for doing it once. Advertising is advertising.
Also that is bypassing, you can spin and turn it around how you like to but you still avoided your ban and used that account to play on the server. And your not a new player so im more than sure you knew this was against the rules.
The player has been banned. PM or not its still the same and bringing out threats like this will not be accepted.
I doubt that its still needed as the spawn is being moved anyways.
You have been banned for:
-Xray.
-Advertisement.
-Avoiding ban.

Again funny to see members vote while they have no clue whats going on. And that it doesnt even mind. Its for the mods.
Anyways i havent much to tell you as you just admited to it.
You abused a glitch to find diamonds. That got you banned.No idea why members are voting on a unban appeal but okay….
Besides that, i dont believe you got banned for Xray 1 year ago and stil lare banned because of it. Back than we used tempbans and they automaticly would have unbanned you after 1 day as it was your first ban.Besides that its good that you are being honest but avoiding a ban is just as worse if not worse than what you got banned for.

I understand but we actually need proof to refund and punish the other player.
Not enough proof, it shows you type /pay, it doesnt show any payment being made sorry.
We had a trading plugin before, im not sure why it got disabled. We will talk it over with the mod team. Thank you for the suggestion.
