When we unban someone that has been perm banned we always first talk it over with the mod team. So its never really one person giving his opinion.

First of all we do not unban people looking at the ammount of votes. The votes are even kinda useless. Besides that you have been banned twice for Xray. So its really your own fault that you kept using Xray after you got banned before.
And to top things of when you got unbanned for your first strike of Xray 7 days later you get caught again.
So my opinion is no. You do not seem to learn from it.
Till we worked out how to use the new tax system taxes stay on 0. So you have no daily tax to pay at the moment.

You know i understand its all sad for him etc. But he got banned before for Xray. This isnt his first time. So clearly he does know how to download hacks.
El_reptar its either way your fault. Even that i find it pretty sad that you need to blame your lil brother for this, its still your fault for leaving your pc for everyone to touch. Its your account, so you are responsible for it.

Abit stupid to say that you are sure of something while you’re not.

Funny thing was when we came up with this idea it was ment so we have less small (ghost) towns all over the map. For some reason the opposite of that got done and placed ingame. Abit strange indeed.Haha great work man laughed my ass off when i saw Habla!
