The fact is that Factions got launched to quickly after prison. Beside that it also got released way to quickly, it should have been sorted out before the release not after. I think thats the biggest impact. Things missing, bugs etc.
You didnt got banned for hacking/cheating. You got banned for telling another servers IP in the main chat.

The mod who banned you made a mistake. You all have been unbanned and the correct person who did the donor fraud is banned now.
It seems the paysafecards are not available in your country. We will look into other payments methods but for now sorry you can only use the options we have.

Sorry for the late reply i have been busy in RL.
Anyways this is about the heads you got refunded. Nhu didnt knew she could right click the head to see if it was from a player. Now you have all the type of mob heads. Explain that to me. For example how did you manage to get the Dragon and Wither head ?Also you have loads of playerheads that where ”refunded” But we had certain people reporting to us they never got beheaded and so there is no way for you to have them. Please explain thank you.

The account ”00100101” has been used for what we think was trickery. Making a mod believe he/she had certain items that had to be refunded that he/she never had.

Was about to reset it when i found out my HUB perms got lost. You have to wait for another higher ranked mod to get on sorry.
