This is due to a chunk regeneration bug; after the server restarts.
The seed for this server has multiple spawn points, the one in your town being a selection of them. There is currently no way to prevent this, but only to revert it.Ask Borncorp or Hobeezy to change the location when they log on.

Previously, the server was white-listed to fix some plugin issues, but is currently not white-listed as of 12:45PM PST – California.
I vote this petition down.
The dynamic map is a great way for players to get informed of what the server world looks like, or how big it is. It shows where towns are, best places for them, and specific biomes or villages.
In my opinion, it is one of the most productive and useful plugins a server could have.

It is not a permanent ban, it is just temporary, but extended. I assume it would be Forty-Eight Hours.
It is possibly the EasyBan IP, since your brother was banned. You were white-listed, post back if there are any situations.
Also, please tell Evan that he can appeal his ban in the ban appeal section.

I was told also, it seems he had toggled all flags in his plot, and griefed it and part of the town. It could be a possible case that he was hacked.
I can tell it was copy and pasted. My post was made on the 20th, and came before yours. Born can clarify this.
