Umm.. Yes we indeed added age as one of the requirements to apply for mod. But you might want to read the full requirements before saying that age is now matter xD
Age won’t really matter. We just put that so we can know what to expect from them. Exceptions can be made if they can show that they are mature enough for the job. Same for those who met the age requirements.. We will not promote them if they are not mature enough for the job. Maturity matters, not the age itself

So.. to make it clear, I improved the mod application template so that we can get more details of the applicants experiences, backgrounds, and motivations. We also want the applicants to put more efforts into their applications. That way, it will be easier for us to determine their quality.

If you read my previous replies, you should have known how many warnings does bree have.. I even mentioned it several times in this topic, not only once. But since you keep asking, I will answer clearly this time. Bree currently has 1 warning, which was from disrespecting Tito..

So.. After reading your previous replies, I assume that you want our moderators to get demoted right away after making a minor mistake? You kept saying “No action was taken”, or something along that line. We do gave them warnings, and that is our action. 3 warnings, then it will be a demotion. Our system might be different from yours, but actions are still actions, including warnings. Everything else were already explained by Trollson.

Regarding that, I only gave her a verbal warning, not a warning that will add to her records. Because from what I saw, she actually did her job well, the problem is just she used an unprofessional style to wrote the ban message, and that is not a major problem since the person got banned, and the reasons are all written in the ban message, like how it is supposed to be.

^ We are following that as well.

For your info, Breezayy only disrespected Tito once, so she only received 1 warning.
