I think the 3 “time” (timezone – firt time – online time) can be combined in one, and the Q that asks if the player is banned can be removed: If they read eveything before making the mod app, someone that has been banned/tagged will not make a mod app (and purely waste his time, I mean).

I don’t know about others’ ways, but I write “(Ban reason), please make a ban appeal in the website“, since the link is in the spawn.

Btw yes, it’s not automatic. But it’s a good suggestion you got here..

I mainly listen to drum solos. Search in YT “drum off” (it’s a drum competition), you’ll get some pretty good music. Best of the best from the finals of 2010, 2011 and 2012. Then, you can watch every champion’s performance.
