I don’t think its allowed, cause it will give you an advantage over other players. This is kinda the same case with invisible texture pack (technically xray) which is not allowed.

First of all, be honest in your ban appeal. Not saying that you lied, but later if we find out that you lie, your chance of getting unbanned will be slightly reduced. Secondly, mods always have reason and clear proofs before banning someone. Most likely noise saw it himself that you admit it to datbacca, or datbacca has a screenshot to proof it. One thing for you to know, admitting to hack is an instant ban, whether you really use hacks or not.
