Feed The Beast server will be laggy for some people,We already have a Tekkit Server anyway.And FTB does have a lot of mods which will lag as hard! Its not really recomemded to have a FTB Server , But we may start the project in the future.

What pie_master said, Expert mod is same as Mod in CR.
Of course, shaders is a legit mod,Any mods that dont add or modify gameplay is absolutely permitted like Capes Mod.

The problem was fixed,i reset plot and we built it again.So the problem
