I think it’s safe to say, any post about how to become mod by a higher ranking mod should be considered since they might be recruiting, i.e: skills641’s explanation on getting mod was reasonable and appropriate, since he is a Head Mod. “Guides” made by members or ex/demoted mods, well thats up to you.
Currently under decision and investigation. People may share their thoughts about the issue.

I agree with Vesl, sorta at least. Some of my events that I host will will vary their earnings. For example if I host a trivia i’ll have an economic compensation and if host rush i’ll have a physical compensation OR even let the winning person choose an economic prize or a already determined physical object.
I will change my prizes from money to items when I do a event of any sorts.
