Sorry to say this fsxubber but what you have done to still is something that cannot be so easily forgotten, you have also admitted you tried to get him banned and have spammed this topic with one sentence replies.

Yesterday 2 player reported a odd looking hopper device in the nether, When we checked it out they were owned by you and were the start of a duping machine or it had been found and the other components take.

1) If this is your ban appeal you did not follow the template.
2) We can’t know every little thing going on thats why we also rely on members such as your self to be mature and report these problems to us so we can fix them, but instead you 2 chose to keep it hidden and abuse it. So in fact it is your fault for getting banned.

I am sorry to hear this but as you may know the Minigame headmods are working on a new Minigame server to fix the bugs, I will mention this to a higher rank and it should be sorted soon.
As i dont know the full story as to what has happened i will leave it up to Bongo to decided what to do.
This is a relatively old topic but if I remember correctly Born disabled the dynamic map due to a memory leak with the plugin that may have been causing lag and the fact that the plugin is now out dated for 1.7.2, it will be activated once it has updated and the memory leak is fixed. Please be patient.
