After reading the replies again, I think most of you misread that this is Nations Vs Nation, not Town Vs Town.
I like the idea of it, but never heard such a plugin that does this.
I’m sure it will not be a hard plugin, we can ask someone to make it, perhaps.

Anyways, I agree with Wither. Members’s vote doesn’t matter much, but if that person gets voted up by many people, he/she won’t get promoted immediately, but they will be observed by the mods to see whether they are worthy or not.
