Duping is a serious problem in the server. Even though you did not make any profits from it, you still tried it, or maybe, used it. Even if you swore you would never do it again and apologized, we cannot unbar you just like that. You need to show us that you learned your lesson. Therefore, I think your chance of getting unbanned is not much.
Hope you get unbanned soon, since it is a mistake.
