Nah, he didn’t ban you m8, he banned your alternate account. He banned you a while ago for sprint hacks. And I was there when he banned you for other hacks. So it seems like you have a Hacked Client.
Also, Wave never bans someone just because he/she kills him.

As I see this, it is an exposure of personal information. However, I don’t see this listed in the rules nor ever enforced before.
