The server was laggy before the sponges, and many people started making the big melon farm which I think is causing the lag, since people makes the automatic melon, each time they switch the lever/button, tons of melon falls, which is mostly where the lag came that time, and some melons just got stuck there, and thats the function of ClearLag. And because of that there is more hopper, less entities are stuck and makes it easier and make us more wealthy since it doesn’t miss that much entities.

Picture taken in HappyTown ;3Though this might not be true, I suggest to remove the Sponge Plugin until we can update to 1.7, it might reduce a bit lag because every plugin needs to be powered by the server too.
Tell him to relog, it usually solves the problem.
1 month is not a rule, those are rumors made by members. You can make a mod app in 2 months, if both are denied, you lose your chance to be mod.
