I don’t know what minecraft is though
Well, it’s been a month since I replied to this topic.
I’ve been enjoying a lot of the time I’m spending at the course; I know a lot of what they’re teaching, but it’s good to remember, and learning about databases is actually pretty fun.
I found out that it’s a 20 week course, not the 3 months I thought it was (it’s really meant to be 6 months, but whatever), so my original plans got thrown off a bit, but I’ll still plan to do the cert 3 after moving, then possibly a programming course. From there, I may do a diploma in networking, just for more qualifications, and then I could probably plan more for the future or something.Barely play games anymore, and don’t even play them for fun, mostly to just pass the time. Been playing Borderlands 1 & Binding of Isaac Afterbirth. However, I got to playing Undertale, and my thoughts on it can be found here if you want to know (there’s some swearing doe so watch out maybe)
Other than that, and the fact that I know some people at the course that live near me, there’s not much else to say.
Hope everyone else is doing alright. As an update to my original reply:
I enrolled, and got accepted, in an IT course (starts this coming Tuesday :o), which’ll get me a certificate 2 in the course, to which I then plan on doing a certificate 3 course of the same. From there, which is about 6 months away, I’ll think more about whether I want to do a certificate 4 & diploma in Networking.
By the time I’ll be done with the course, it’ll be about time to move house to a different area (Rental houses suck…), and hopefully the different area will be connected to the NBN, or there’ll be options for internet that’s better than 120kb/s download.
Not too long after moving, it’ll be my birthday, so when everything’s all unpacked & sorted out, I’ll get some presents and stuff (moving in mid-May, birthday is late May.)Other than that, I’ll probably finish the certificate 2, move, then either look for a job in the area that we moved to, or I’ll just hop straight to the certificate 3.
TL;DR by the time I’m done with the course, I’ll have moved, have some more qualifications, have better internet, and hopefully have a better computer. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I’ve mostly been playing Binding of Isaac Afterbirth.
As for non-game related stuff, I enrolled in an IT course, to get some qualifications, and potentially a job.rip

Alright I’m done, just thought I’d share some polar bear facts.
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)The word ‘Arctic’ comes from the Greek word for bear, Arktos. But this isn’t because of the polar bears! It’s believed the name refers to two constellations that can be seen in the northern sky — ‘Ursa Minor’ (Little Bear) and ‘Ursa Major’ (Great Bear).
These magnificent mammals have an incredible sense of smell which they use to track their favourite grub, seals*. In fact, their sense of smell is so good, they can sniff out prey from up to 16km away!
Did you know that a polar bear’s fur isn’t white? It’s actually transparent with a hollow core that reflects light. This helps the bears blend in with their surroundings – a useful trick, especially when hunting wary seals!
Despite their size and bulk, polar bears are excellent swimmers, and have been spotted in waters over 100km offshore. They can comfortably swim at around 10km/h using their slightly webbed, 30cm wide paws like paddles in the water.
Polar bears are well adapted to survive in one of the harshest environments on our planet. As well as their thick fur, they have a layer of fat, called blubber, that insulates (protects) their bodies from the frosty air and near-freezing water. Polar bears also have black skin under their glistening coat, which helps them soak up the Sun’s rays and keep warm.
