My timezone: GMT+8 (Perth, WA)Also forken, I’m sure it’d be on a server, rather than singleplayer (SPC = Single Player Commands) – So you’d probably have WorldEdit and other such building perms. (I might be wrong on that)

My opinion has been stated on this:
“It gives you the advantage of knowing what your armour is like (durability) so you can repair/switch out, and how long until your potion effects (example) wear off. ”You can tell basically exactly when to stop fighting (example), so I don’t think it’d be allowed.
I know you’re well-experienced, but that’s about it.

Nope, I’m not following some unnecessarily long report template to basically say “[name] is using kill aura” or “[name] was advertising on Prison” for example.
