I think Factions could benefit, and all of EC as a matter of fact, from the 1.8.x update(s).
There’s a better amount of blocks (as most, if not all of you know by now), the jump_boost potions, more food varieties (A.K.A. farms), it’ll give a reason to lapis, other than being decoration, and the depth strider enchantment…Yeah, I think Factions should update if/when possible, and EC could get a step-up from the rest of the crowd with the update.
If it’s for family issues/army/moving houses/hospital, I’m sure he’d be excused.
The Kratos and Horse draw my eyes, to be honest.

I don’t experience lag, the availability of new blocks/potions/mobs, potentially better-looking skins (I say potentially, based off of whether people put effort into them), better-looking natural terrain, the possibility of even better builds…

RIGHT: windowI don’t consider myself friends with Beast, and I know that he WAS (referring to past tense) caught hacking, so my vote won’t be biased, you can count on that.
– You’ve got past experience with being a moderator (even though it was only a short time), and as such you know some of the commands.
– You know what is involved with being a mod.
– You’re more well known than when you’d applied originally.
– You’ve got a decent personality from what I’ve seen, and you’re friendly to most, if not everyone you meet.I was originally not going to do a list, instead I was going to type it all out in sentences & paragraphs, but I saved some time with typing it as a list.

Good luck, Beast.It’s funny because Optifine makes me lag on 1.8.
The funny thing is, I have a mid-2011 laptop, yet I get no major FPS drops in any 1.8 version.
To answer the questions though:
1.8 is fun.
EC would benefit from getting 1.8.
I’m sure that Factions would benefit from 1.8 too, other than Sponges being the ‘voting crate’.If you just appealed when you first got banned, and not bypassed your ban, you might have been given another chance.
You’d previously done nothing but spam the forums with ban appeals that have been denied & closed because of you bypassing so many times.
