Side note: Owner cannot always be active/online, as they do have lives to live, jobs to work (Earn money for server maintenance.), etc…

Shiv, I’m pretty sure it’d be more so to be proof, so you can’t just go around and reset a bunch of peoples accounts, saying they’re you’re old account or whatever else. 😛

Other than that, didn’t you say before that you didn’t use any hacks in one of your past ban appeals?

Well done on showing off Creative/Prison/Survival 😀In my opinion, you deserve at least a small prize, for your effort and dedication to the server! 😛
An admin will check this out when they have the time to do so.
Seeing as how I know of a few that are in the US, they’d be at school at the moment, or off at work, so just wait a little while.
Imma have to say something low…
Reason being – I used to like prison servers.
There’s just a feel to it that I don’t like. (In regards to EC Prison)
I don’t really know what to say, but it just feels different than prison servers I’ve been on before.Would be a pretty cool idea, you’d get to communicate easier with people that you may otherwise not think to communicate with.
Ventrilo is another option, however, with Ventrilo there is:
– Create certain ‘channels’ (Such as Mod Group (Private), General (Public), Language possibly? (Public?))
– Set admins (Can mute/kick/ban people who spam/make unnecessarily loud noises over voice-chat, etc…)
– Can use a sort of IRC, if voice-chats aren’t your ‘cup of tea’*Quoted directly from the Ventrilo website*
Ventrilo is comprised of two primary Components: The Client that every end user will need to download, and the Server. Only one person needs to host a Server that all of the other Clients will connect to. Ventrilo is supported on different platforms as well ranging from Microsoft Windows to Apple Macintosh and Linux.I do like the idea of a Public EC group, where we can all talk/communicate, as Skype has a limit to group calls, so we couldn’t all just start a call on Skype.
I know of Teamspeak being a popular choice with Minecraft, there’s Ventrilo (As mentioned, as I know more about it than I do of others), there’s Mumble (As with Teamspeak, you have to pay for a host/client), and obviously many more choices, each with their own advantages/disadvantages, special features/capabilities.

Sort of helpful, only ‘sort of’ though.Depending on the ‘problems and issues’ in your Minecraft files, you’d not be able to load the client/launcher.
If the game wasn’t responding to the server, you’d not be able to connect.
Most the time, whether it be with Windows, Mac, or even Linux OS’, lag doesn’t make it look like you’re flying, it’s only really 1 or so blocks off the ground.Also, now that Xavier called you out, I wouldn’t try and lie again. 😛
Honesty is the best policy, and although it could (In some cases) get you in trouble, it works out in the end better (on both sides) for everyone.Obviously they’ll be more for Survival, not much use in Creative. (Other than extra building material)
‘what we will be doing’ shall be revealed when the time comes. c;Vote Up-ish

I have noticed that, despite Xavier being on a lot, there is quite a gap to where mods aren’t on, and with notreallyme being part of the EC Staff, there could potentially be less criminal activity (Criminal Activity is why they get sent to prison. 😉 )
Downside – You have been tagged, (On survival) so that MAY effect your chances. (I wouldn’t know for sure, however)Ah alright, thanks for answering Jttt3, BTW Rogue, I ain’t gonna do that xD
