or B: You’re genuinely not getting the point. EC itself isn’t coming back. If you want to play the server that Crazymicho and all them are making, sure, go for it. If not, just stop expecting EC to come back.I’m not replying for him, but I see this thread a lot in the ‘Recent Replies’ section, so maybe that’d be why he’s replying to this thread as often as he is.
Anyways, I like that people are dedicated to bring something back, but the original EC community won’t come flooding back for it, that’s for sure.
Don’t try and revive EC as EC, do what EC did for WhoCraft, and make it a kind of unofficial continuation.-

If people can’t run full-on mod packs, then they can’t join the server. It’s as simple as that.
Prior to me getting a computer, I’d play some of the ‘lite’ mod packs, or even play the heavier, more popular ones (albeit with settings turned down).
It isn’t that hard to either turn settings down, play something lighter, or even just watch your favourite content creator on YouTube play it.Thinking back to the days when I’d spend from 8pm-6am or so playing it, in Skype calls with Amy and then having to go to school 2 and a half hours later… Oh god, those were different times…
I can still play modded minecraft, from time to time at least, because it adds stuff in that sometimes I’ve never played before.Personally, I’ve moved on from the game, mostly because I don’t enjoy playing anymore. It’s depends on different people as to whether they enjoy it or not.
Although, it’s often seen as ‘pathetic’ to enjoy the game in your late-teen years.Why not just make mod packs for ATLauncher or FTB? It’d be easier than going through and downloading them all yourself.
