You have to be standing within a certain radius to receive the XP the dragon drops when it dies; it was increased to 64 blocks(radius) at the latest.
Please link us to your video and it’s fairly unlikely that the player khalil00000 used such hacks; it seems more like lag or just a luckless hit.
The template wasn’t followed, and you’re robbing people of real life money.
If you were unaware of Steviebrine’s activities which led to this, then you should be unbanned but try report this sooner rather then wait it out because you’ve still played out a month of iron donor.
Since it’s your first time x-raying, you should be given a second chance but since the templates have gone missing, use the one Dicedead proposed to explain your ban and why you should be unbanned.

Wrong place to post this on, but anyway:
-Check http://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ to see what type of blocklist you are listed in.
-If you don’t know your IP address, look it up via http://www.whatsmyip.org
-Then, once you get your results from spamhaus, you should be able to visit an FAQ on how to delist yourself from the block lists.
There was this one time I went to the nether with nothing on me, then I confronted some pigmen and took a chance by provoking them. It was just my lucky day when I reached the edge of the world while being chased by 2-3 packs of them.
Gonna miss those epic skype conversations we had, and hopefully you’ll still keep in touch with us.
