Meanwhile, as for killer, it seemed to be an almost unprovoked verbal assault, not sure who it was aimed at, but there did seem to be a bit of an argument between these 2 players (xboxbetterinways and killer__99).
I too saw him swear, and this is probably some troll just asking to be banned/muted. Nice work Richard.

I do admit, I do agree on the looks being weird, but all they were made for is development of kids in a playful environment. But as you get older, it looks more and more…odd.

I can understand that, but if there is almost no evidence that he actually he decided to PvP, then penalising GodProxy won’t seem like a fair decision. However, I do agree with you saying that flying near PvP hill is in fact potential abuse of perms, so if GodProxy hasn’t been warned already, then maybe to be on the safe side, he should be warned, as he does seem to be a fan of PvP.
This is in fact your third ban appeal, meaning that you have surpassed the limit. Also the template used was incorrect, showing that you show little to no care in your ban appeal. If you did hide such information from the mods, then perhaps you are a deceitful person.

I can see that those eyes do resemble that of his skin however, how do we know if he killed anyone? This proof needs a bit more substance before a verdict is reached.

Ok first off, the template used was incorrect, which means this will most likely be ignored until you rectify it. Plus, your server has been advertised WAY too many times and if you knew that you would have been banned, why commit a regretful act in the first place. Also, bypassing a ban and advertising is a double rule-break right there, so you will most likely not be unbanned.

Please try to calm down. We will need some visible and valid evidence to prove that tyyalex stole your armour. If he did grief your town then use ./lb tool and right click on any blocks broken which will give you a log of any changes, e.g:2/03/13 pie_master073 broke glass or something like that. Also, where did he steal your armour from, because I remember you died at pvphill and got mad for some reason.
