Can you please supply us with proof to justify this report?
These perms are the same as the ones permitted in Gold Donor (Quartz) and Iron Donor (Coal). The only difference between Quartz and Gold Donor is that Golds only get a shop, not a warp.

These are my resolutions for fellow mods:
Chibichuba– try to come on for at least an hour, but activity on Skype is sufficient.
Moraine– try to control your temper.
Aki has some other issues to address at the moment in real life so he’s ok. Anubis has been slightly active, but it would be nice for him to get on slightly more.
