Partybeer you are lucky you had a mod as friendly as Toblerone who sorted this out. Most others would have been stricter
All Your stuff will not be returned, it is one of the many punishments the mods give to people who do not obey rules. the mods wipe your inventory and never return the items. Deal with it. maybe next time you should listen to the rules
I stand with toblerone and zupers. If you were causing disturbances on the server than you must face the consequences. also toblerone cannot be kicked from his town as he is the mayor of it. another thing is that i REALLY doubt that Toblerone would abuse his admin power on the first day that he gets it. he is not that stupid

Although wither you are one of my many friends, i will be tough on you about this because it has really annoyed me. you consistently spam your own Topics and as zac9797 said ‘if trollfest wanted to get in touch with you, he would have done so’. i also post on the forum alot but i do it on more than just one topic and i try and help out the ec community as much as i can. You do deserver to come back as it was unfair that shaman banned you without warning you about it (no offence shaman) but i highly reccommend you slow down on the forum and play some actual minecraft
