OK ticketinggoblin if you join a town look for plots that are empty. When you see a plot that’s empty first go over it and check if its claimed. It will say something like ~PirateBooty if its claimed by piratebooty. If it says for sale 0$ do /plot claim on it and it will be yours. Congratz you can now build anything in that plot.

Yeah, you have to tell us whats the problem and make it detailed as much as you can. Don’t just say help.
Are you sure you get banned for spamming the chat. And if you love the server so much then why the heck spam the chat?!

Maybe it wasn’t enabled but the player had glitched it or somehow hacked? Could you tell us the name of the player? It would be nice if you had screenshots so a mod can do something about it.
