Well let me say this hulk, if you were smart enough to just get the proof first and then show it to a moderator then you wouldn’t be in this fix. On top of that, is it those two users’ faults that you were disrespectful towards staff members? Finally, jokes are one thing, however you were being disrespectful with them.

Hulk then let me ask you a question first. Why weren’t you respectful in chat? Why were you always being offensive with the way you were talking and how you acted not just to members but to the moderating team. You’ve had numerous offenses because of this and you are now asking for another chance after so many times you’ve screwed up and been warned?
I’d say you wouldn’t get the chance Hulk. You’ve had way too many offenses and you’ve been way too rude to others. Its your fault this is the case. If you were smarter in how you acted before hand, this wouldn’t have happened.

I don’t like this idea one bit either. I know for a fact there are people on the server not willing to loose their things in a war. I for one am one of those people. If you guys do have a war I rather there be an option whether or not you want to join in or not.
If that happened to me, then I’d just go study since I really should be studying for my upcoming exams….yet I’m using up study time to type this with a normal keyboard and such and really………..ok I should go back to studying

Being a veteran does not mean you get a free pass to being unbanned. Apparently you have bypassed ban over 10 times and on top of that you had scammed multiple times. I do not feel you are a player worth unbanning due to these factors.
Use the template and make a proper ban appeal IN THIS SAME TOPIC. I am voting you down on your ban appeal but others may think otherwise.
Minecraft is not important. Your health, life and what actions that benefit you are important. Get yourself straightened out first before you come back. We won’t blame you and you don’t need to apologize for not being on that much. Take care of yourself and we hope you can get through this hard time. Good luck Kevin.
Reviewing your actions to the incident the one thing that literally can throw you off the cliff even when you are hanging on by a thread right now is the fact that you lied to a guardian mod. If you had come clean with the fact that you were duping, then the consequences wouldn’t be so harsh. This shows you are not mature enough to admit to your own faults. One thing to keep in mind is you haven’t just tarnished your reputation on the server, but you’ve also disappointed the ones that thought of you as a clean member. If you are unbanned then you better remember not to do this again. If you are banned then I wish you luck on another server.And if you ever commit these crimes again if you are unbanned, then the moderating team will not hesitate to kick your ass off of EC.
This is not a vote. I am neutral on Heyman being unbanned or banned.

Rewrite your ban appeal in this existing forum post if you want a shot at being unbanned. Heyman this honestly is a very pathetic act of you. If you were to be honest then you might have a bigger chance to even get unbanned. Now you go ahead and lie in front of all of us on your unban appeal. You’ve practically ruined your chances.
