Hopefully they keep extending bit by bit since I’d have to agree with you on that DarkDelta. However I wish also that the wild world is updated a bit more frequently since that is the prime place for items at the moment.
Maybe link it with the towny data….since it contains the user’s join in date

Bypassing ban
The thing is if you feel a moderator is inactive then you should make a forum post stating your problem so that it can gain the attention of the guardian mods quicker. That will produce less stress towards the problem.
Hope that thing gets fixed
