This is your second ban, so it’s unlikely that you get unbanned. We take duping very seriously, and the moderators have given you a very lenient punishment. You were supposed to be given severe penalties, such as having your balance set to -3000000 or something. But nope, you get banned again for hacking, even after we give you a chance.
Don’t give me that retarded excuse of “I forgot to turn it off.” It’s extremely unlikely, and I believe it happens in like 1 out of 100000 players. The situation, from my point of view, is that you…

3. Decided to use hacks to gain an advantage over other players and gain resources more quickly

5. Made an appeal with a very old, outdated excuseOh, and you’re a rude player. I’ve seen you at one point swear and disrespect other players. So no offense, but EC is better off without you.
My opinion is that you should stay banned, since you’re a rude player, you hack and glitch a lot, and you duped (which is a reason alone).

As I have discussed with you earlier, your account is linked with Sevenfootmonst3r, as well as about 30 other accounts, all on the same IP.
I wear suits all the time, since my dad takes me to out to formal dinners or meetings. He wants me to know what happens in these occasions, and what to do in them. I have like 4 three-piece suits…

As John said, about 60% of all the stuff written here is copied from the application prior yours. You even copied the Skype section (which is not even needed).
Normal members like you and me have perms to use /f map. As a player making a moderator application, you’re supposed to know all the commands we have, therefore know that /f map is allowed. Not knowing about that command shows that you’re inexperienced as a Factions member on EC. Oh, and moderators don’t have access to /tp. Only high-ranking moderators do, except they use /tpo.
Disrespecting moderators and players criticising you shows that you can not respond correctly to criticism. That only shows that you’re gonna be a bad moderator.
You are supposed to state your experience as a player and moderator on EC, other servers, and MC as whole. All what you did was state that you know all of the crafting recipes and commands. Oh, and you can help people as a player.
You never reported anything, you’re a new player, never been on the forums… all these are required if you’re gonna be a moderator, yet you have done none of them.
You didn’t state how many times are you online. Not doing so shows that you can not do simple tasks, another reason why you shouldn’t be a moderator.
You can enforce the rules by reporting rule-breakers. Doing so will not only get rid of them, but also build your reputation as a “good” player.
