I think a new intro should be made, and while your talking you could have some background music that isnt louder than your voices and when your done with the podcast its good to leave a nice ending , also in each upcoming holiday event (valentine,april fools,easter etc.) you could ask each other what will you be doing in real life and how you plan on doing it. Other than that its good you have placed great effort to do this.
