Also, I didn’t not ban you for saying “guipiralho9 is my friend”. We actually checked you, and found out that you were bypassing using this account, and another one, so I banned you on both accounts. Bypassing is not allowed no matter what.

Number: 70This seems like a good plugin for a place like factions, where it’s all about pvp. There’s gunna be that one guy, who’s gunna stand at the edge, sneak, and then shoot arrow, and move back. Or, there’s gunna be a guy who’s in a hard core fight, and he just enderpearls back into spawn to not die. If that’s stopped, then they can’t fight unfairly in facs. This plugin should be implemented :D.
Wither, pretty sure the creative commons license just countered what you said above x’D. CC licenese allows you to reproduce that work and share it.
But anyways on the jetpack, are you able to fly sideways i.e. move left and right, as if you were in creative?

Well, your reasoning sounds flawed. Keeping rei minimap hidden is like having a hacked client hidden because you use it on other servers, and not EC. If we saw a hacked client popping up during a video, that’d still be a ban.

Just include a when on your ban appeal, and I think you should have a good enough ban appeal for a mod to look into.
Do you have 100k?
Are you going to a place in the wild, that is not on /warp survival2?
Does it say the towny universe is full?
If you are not having problems for any of the above, then it should be working. Also, if you are in /wild, then you can’t make a town.
Make sure that you are doing /t new (name), not /t new, that might be the problem.

I believe that you should be banned.
From what I’ve seen, you’ve broken the chat rules MANY times. I’ve seen you do this even months ago! (5 months) I think that you haven’t learned any lessons about chat rules, and that you should understand that consequences that you can get.
But, I don’t think you should be perm banned. I believe that you should be perm-muted, because you only broke chat rules, not hacking or exploiting.

i rly waunt el durtI really don’t get the point of this reset.
Factions itself will reset itself overtime. So let’s say there’s a dude building a superbase, some dude might like enderpearl in, or find someway to bomb into the base, and that base will be raided, thus removing any hard work they did anyway. Also, if factions is going to reset like this, then what would be the point of raiding, if a wipe could stop what their doing mid-game?
I vote no on factions reset.
I personally don’t like the prison inventory idea, because let’s say you’re just mining for diamonds, gold, and iron. You really don’t want cobble to go into your inventory every time you try to mine for those goodies. Also, it’d be a bit op, because when there is competition (where people rush to the mines to mine when it resets) the first one gets all of it, and you, who’s rushing to the mine, gets nothing.
The first one is already implemented in facs as said above.
I don’t think that counts…
