Any ban appeals that either don’t follow the template or are made more than once have a much lower chance of being accepted.Depends. If you just find every single ore around you, you’ll be banned asap. If you find one or two ores from loading chunks, not really.
EC isn’t gunna follow the EULA. Basically if Mojang wants to get lawyers to shut down the server, they can. Otherwise, most of the people agreed to keep the donations still there.
But won’t that still be luring? He just has another person to kill you.

If that head isn’t there, then it must be a thing where he’s trying to get that player banned. He could put up a fake plot thing, then place the head down, take a picture of it being “head on that person’s plot”, while really, you’re trying to cover up the head you placed.

So how exactly did you loose your op sword? It can be refunded, and no, the server can’t be reset like that.
Even if you have hacks, you might have a special option in controls or somewhere in chat that’s like “kill aura on” or “speed hacks off”. So we can’t just see your screen and be like “no hax”, even if you were playing with a modded launcher.
Also, I think you’ve been banned for x-ray before? Which means that you probably know how to use hacks, and probably is using hacks.
Also notice how there’s an executable file near the bottom left of his screen, hacked launcher?
Note how this is worded: “revealing no evidence showing that use hacks..”

OR, were you just standing still, not replying at all, or anything such as above, I believe you were crashing. Crashing makes you unresponsive to anything in the server, you could see yourself from an alt, but when hit you wouldn’t move, look at you, attack back, anything. You’d just stand still.
If you were not, and you were fighting back, shooting arrows, twitching your head, of course you had hacks. I heard DatBacca was taking a video, so yeah…
